Exchange and Return
At The Inch Mark Studio, every product is made with care — tailored by skilled artisans and thoroughly inspected by our quality team before dispatch. We understand that sometimes, changes may be needed. Here’s everything you need to know:
🔄 EXCHANGE POLICY
We currently offer exchanges only, no returns.
If your order needs to be exchanged due to size or another product preference, we’re happy to help within the exchange window.
📏 SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY
- You may request a size exchange through the “Manage My Order” section on the website.
- Once we receive and inspect the original item, the new size will be dispatched.
- Exchange deliveries typically take 7–10 working days after pickup.
- Size exchange requests must be placed within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original packaging, unused, with tags intact.
- Exchanges may be declined if tags are missing or if signs of wear are found.
🚫 RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns unless:
- The product is defective, or
- A wrong item was shipped.
If so, please email/WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos/videos showing the defect or issue
If approved:
- A pickup will be arranged
- After inspection, your refund will be processed (8–10 business days)
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be sent to the original mode of payment
- COD charges (₹100) are non-refundable
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Tags are removed
- Product appears used or worn
- The 24-hour complaint window has passed
🚚 PICKUPS & SHIPPING
- We attempt pickup 1 times. If unsuccessful, the pickup will be cancelled.
- Additional pickup attempts may be chargeable.
- If pickup service is unavailable in your area, you will be required to self-ship the item to our address after approval.
